Tasks #

Tasks are all the actions created from leads or patients and assigned to different individuals in various departments for completion.

Once a request is submitted by a customer and approved by the sales department, tasks will be created for actions to be taken.

Tasks Section #

  • In this section, all tasks related to different cases within the system can be viewed.
  • If logged in as a non-superuser, only tasks related to the logged-in user will be displayed.

Task Filters and Search Toolbar: #

  • Display mode includes all tasks and my tasks (depending on the user).
  • Search box.
  • Search filters.
  • Option to add a new task (Add New Task).

Unassigned tasks: Tasks that have not yet been assigned to a position or department.

Pending tasks: Tasks assigned to a specific position (e.g., sales department) but are in the sales waiting state.

In-progress tasks: Tasks that have exited the waiting state, with payment confirmed by the sales department, and are currently being worked on.

Completed tasks: Tasks that have been fully completed and all services provided.

Canceled tasks: Tasks canceled due to reasons such as no customer response or non-payment.

Note: Tasks can be moved between statuses via drag & drop.
