Tasks Section #

The Tasks section is one of the key tools for sales people in the NexaPortal software that helps them organize and manage their workflows and follow-ups in a systematic, clear, and manageable way.

📋 Task Board #

Tasks are displayed in a Kanban board format and are categorized into four columns:

Column Description
Unassigned Tasks that have not been assigned to anyone yet (usually empty in this view for salespeople)
Pending Tasks that are waiting to be completed; these are tasks assigned to the salesperson but not yet finished
Done Completed tasks; once a task is done, the salesperson can move it to this column
Canceled Tasks that have been canceled and no longer require follow-up

 

📌 Key Features #

  • Tasks are displayed with a specific type and associated lead number.

  • The exact time of each task (date and time) is visible under the title.

  • The responsible user’s icon is also visible on each task card.

  • Quick search, advanced filtering, and bulk archive options are available at the top of the page for better management.

  • The New Task button is available to create new tasks.

Tasks
