Leads #
In Nexaportal’s Comprehensive Health Tourism System, a lead refers to a potential customer whose initial information has been registered in the system and can potentially convert into an actual customer or patient.
Leads typically contain contact information and initial interactions, and they are tracked and managed using system tools to turn them into real business opportunities.
In simple terms, a lead is the starting point for everything in the system, and after creating a lead, other system components such as cases and other functions will become relevant.

Canceled: Leads canceled due to reasons such as no customer response or similar reason.
Spam: Leads marked as spam, often created through the website or advertisements.
Qualified: Leads that have been confirmed and are either in progress or completed.
