Adding Services to a Lead’s Phase #

After creating a phase in the Services section, the salesperson can add various services or packages to that phase to manage the patient’s treatment, travel services, accommodation, translation, or transportation step-by-step and accurately.

📦 Types of Services #

On the right panel of the page, the services are categorized as follows:

  • MEDICAL – Medical services

  • TRANSFER – Transfer (transportation) services

  • TOUR – Tourist services

  • HOTEL – Hotel booking and accommodation

  • TRANSLATOR – Translation services

  • TICKET – Travel tickets
    Click on any category to view the related services list.

 

➕ Adding a Service to a Phase #

To add a service to the last created phase:

  1. Click the button next to any service in the services list on the right.

  2. Or drag the desired service and drop it onto the selected phase (Drag & Drop).

  3. The service will immediately be added to the list of items in that phase.

You can also add a package or service to the phase by entering all the details using the New Item option.

✏️ Editing or Deleting a Service #

After adding a service, in the service table within the phase, each row includes the following options:

Option Description
Edit Edit the quantity, price, or discount of the service
Delete Remove the service from the current phase
Count Number of times the service is provided
Fee / Total Base cost and total final cost of the service

 

💰 Automatic Total Price Calculation #

At the bottom of each phase, the total price of services within that phase is displayed. Additionally, at the bottom of the page:
Total Price for All Phases: Total cost of all phases registered for this lead.

 

📌 Important Notes #

  • You can register multiple phases and multiple services in each phase.

  • By clicking New Item, you can directly add a new item to the phase.

  • If you need to register a payment, refer to the Financial tab.
