Adding Additional Assignees in the Lead Form #

In NexaPortal, besides the main manager and the salesperson assigned to a lead, it’s also possible to add multiple Assignees (responsible users).
This feature helps managers distribute tasks related to lead follow-up among different users such as salespeople, translators, support staff, or external partners.

✳️ Accessing the Assignee Section #


At the top of the lead form, there is a section called Assignee.
If no user has been assigned yet, the following message appears:
👉 “There aren’t any assignees added.”
And a button: Add Assignee

 

What happens when you click Add Assignee? #


After clicking, a list of system users will appear.
You can then select one or multiple users to be assigned as responsible for this lead.

Feature Description
Direct Access to Lead Assigned users see the lead in their list
Notifications They receive alerts when status changes, tasks are added, or new messages arrive
Editing Ability Depending on permissions, they can view or edit lead information

 

Benefits of Multiple Assignees #

  • Prevents delays in lead follow-ups

  • Increases responsibility transparency

  • Allows different team members to manage leads during different shifts

 

Note: The system always shows the Main Assignee in the lead form, but additional assignees are also displayed in related tabs such as Chat, Tasks, and Reminders
