✉️ Email & Notification Settings for New Leads #
In this area, you can define who receives notifications when a new lead is created in the system.
Simply enter an email address in the Lead notification with email field every time a lead is generated, an automatic notification will be sent.
If you enable the Per Languages option, notifications can be customized for each language. This is especially useful for multilingual businesses such as health tourism agencies.
🔥 Hot Lead Age (Hours) #
This option defines how long a lead is considered “hot” after it’s created.
For example, if you set the value to 1, any lead created within the last 1 hour will be marked as a Hot Lead helping sales teams follow up more quickly and efficiently.
🧩 Stages for Lead Status #
At the bottom of the settings page, you can connect each Lead Status to a specific Sales Pipeline Stage.
This structure visually organizes your sales flow and ensures clarity in every step.
