The table includes the following columns:

Column Description
Title The name of the cancellation reason (e.g., Not Interested, Cancelled Patient)
Model Related system module (e.g., Lead, Payment, Task, Expense)
Created At The date the reason was created
Updated At The last updated date for the reason
Delete Button to remove the cancellation reason

Create New Cancellation Reason #

The Create New Reason form is designed to add new cancellation reasons for different system modules. This feature helps you customize cancellation tracking based on your organization’s needs.

🧾 Form Fields #

Field Description
Title Enter the cancellation reason (Required). This will appear in the list.
Model Select the related module (e.g., Lead, Task, Payment, Expense) (Required)

 

🎛 Form Buttons #

  • Save – Save the new cancellation reason and add it to the list

  • Cancel – Cancel the process and close the form without saving

 

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Each reason can be linked to only one module

  • Saved reasons appear immediately in the list and become usable in their respective modules
