DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:
Seller/Service Provider: NEXAPORTAL YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK LTD. ŞTİ. , a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Türkiye, with its registered office at Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Tınaztepe Yerleşkesi Doğuş Caddesi No:207/ Z DEPARK Tınaztepe Alfa Binası, Bambu Kuluçka Merkezi Buca – İzmir – Türkiye , (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Provider”),
and
Customer/Buyer: Any individual or legal entity who purchases services or products through our website, platform, or applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify services without prior notice, provided such updates do not reduce the essential features of the purchased service.
Prices include or exclude VAT as indicated.
Payments shall be made through the methods specified on the platform.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate billing details.
Digital products and services are considered delivered once access credentials, activation, or onboarding has been provided.
In cases of delay due to technical failures, the Company shall notify the Customer promptly.
The Customer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the service has not been fully rendered or consumed.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within [7–14] business days.
The Company shall ensure the safe, legal, and timely delivery of services.
The Customer shall not misuse the service, resell without authorization, or violate intellectual property rights.
In case of disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices.
