Task Reminders #

The Task Reminders section in NexaPortal helps users ensure they don’t forget any tasks or duties. On this page, you can view, filter, and manage all task-related reminders.

 

Task Reminders

 

📋 Main Columns of the Reminder List #

The reminder list includes the following information:

Column Description
Assignee The person to whom the reminder is assigned
Task The type of task or a description of the duty (e.g., Follow up lead #123456)
Language The language required for communication with the lead or patient
Reminder Time The time when the reminder will be triggered
View Button to view details and go to the main task

 

🧰 Filters and Categories #

At the top of the page, there are several filters for quick categorization of reminders:

  • All: Shows all reminders

  • Upcoming: Shows reminders that are set for the future

  • Today: Shows only reminders for today

  • Done: Shows tasks that are completed or closed

  • My Reminders: Shows only the reminders assigned to the current user

 

🔍 Additional Features #

  • 🔍 Search Bar: You can search for specific reminders by entering the lead number or task title.

  • ⚙️ Advanced Filter Icon (on the right of the search bar): Allows you to select a combination of filters like time, language, status, etc.

 

➕ Create New Reminder #

By clicking the New Reminder button at the top-right, you can set a new reminder for a specific task and specify the exact time.

 

 

💡 Tip: Reminders are an essential tool for systematically and accurately tracking leads in sales management.

 

Lead Reminders #

The Lead Reminders section in NexaPortal is designed for continuous and automated follow-up of leads that require constant contact or tracking. This system automatically creates reminders at scheduled times, ensuring that no active or important lead is missed.

🧾 Lead Reminder Table Columns #

The reminder table includes the following information:

Column Description
NO Lead number (clickable to view lead details)
Assignee The person assigned to the lead
Name Name of the patient or lead
Mobile Contact number
Count Number of reminders triggered (e.g., 7 means 7 follow-ups)
Stage Current stage of the lead (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified)
Created At Time when the first reminder was initiated
Action Button to stop or update the status of the reminder (Stop / Passed)

 

🧰 Filters #

At the top of the page, there are filtering options for sorting the reminder list:

  • Pipeline: Select the type of sales pipeline (e.g., Sales Pipeline)

  • All / Active: Show all reminders or only active reminders

  • Search: Search quickly by patient name, phone number, or lead number

  • Advanced Filter (Orange Funnel Icon): Filter by date, count, stage, etc.

 

🚦 Reminder Status #

In the Action column, there are three main statuses:

  • Stop: The reminder is active and can be stopped

  • Passed: This reminder has been completed and is no longer active

  • (Empty): The reminder has been canceled or deleted
