After the final confirmation of a customer’s request and completion of the sales process, financial management, discounts, expenses, and commissions for each case can be fully managed in detail.

All financial matters in the system are visible and accessible in this section.

 

Payments Section #

In this section, a list of all payments made by patients can be accessed and viewed.

Filters for displaying payment categories:

  • All: All payments in the system.
  • Paid: List of successfully registered payments.
  • Pending: Payments awaiting completion.
  • Canceled: List of canceled payments.
  • All Types: Display all methods of payments.
  • Cash: Display payments made in cash.
  • Online: Display payments made online.

A search box for payments and filters for searching payments.

  • Author: The person who created the payment.
  • Case: The case for which the payment was made.
  • Title: The title of the payment.
  • Type: The payment method (cash or online).
  • Amount: The total amount of the payment.
  • Status: The payment’s status (Paid or Pending).
  • Updated At: The date and time of the last payment update.
  • View: Button to view payment details.

 

Expenses Section #

This section lists all financial expenses for patient cases, accessible and viewable.

Filters for displaying expense categories:

  • All: All expenses in the system.
  • Clinic: Clinic-related expenses.
  • Hotel: Hotel-related expenses.
  • Transfer: Transfer-related expenses.
  • Commission: Commission-related expenses.
  • Others: Other expenses.

A search box and filters for searching expenses.

  • Author: The person who created the expense.
  • Case: The case for which the expense was incurred.
  • Amount: The total expense amount.
  • Type: The type of expense.
  • Date/Time: The date and time the expense was recorded.
  • Updated At: The date and time of the last expense update.
  • View: Button to view expense details.

 

Commissions Section #

In this section, all financial commissions calculated from leads and cases are viewable and accessible.

Filters for displaying commission categories:

  • All: All commissions in the system.
  • Manager: Display commissions for managers.
  • Sales: Display commissions for sales users.
  • Partner: Display commissions for partner users.

A search bar and filters for searching commissions.

  • Partner: The username and contact information of the commission recipient.
  • User Type: The type of user receiving the commission (Manager, Sales, or Partner).
  • Commission: The percentage and amount of commission from the relevant case.
  • Case: Information about the case generating the commission.
  • Status: The payment status (Paid or Unpaid).
  • Paid On: The date and time of the commission payment if it was made.
  • Created At: The date and time the commission plan was created.

Buttons:

  • Edit: To edit the applied commission.
  • View: To view commission details or invoice.
